Volare was established in 2007 BY Onofrio Maimone and his wife Cinzia LOPALCO, as a small family run restaurant, offering rustic, traditional and authentic italian cuisine to its diners and over the year has developed a great reputation for our fresh good quality ingredients at great value for money prices. the restaurant has been built to be more sustainable, beginning with the brand new state of the art modern kitchen where we have moved away from gas and made the switch to induction, the most efficient extraction system along with brand ne modern grease traps to help the enviroment.Energy saving/efficient lighting all around the premises.
2023 it was time for EXPANSION, TAKING THE BUILDING NEXT DOOr, Volare expanded in to what it is today. Modern but classic, bigger but still keeping the the cosy family atmosphere.
