Today, that vision continues through the next generation with Jason Maimone and Victoria Maimone, carrying forward the character of Volare while evolving it for the future. Tradition remains our foundation; refinement and ambition drive what comes next. Yet Volare has always represented more than the family behind it. It is equally a reflection of the community that has embraced us.
